On May 28, 2025, the 2025 Global Youth Conference was successfully held in Zibo, jointly organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Provincial People’s Government, the Shandong People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Shandong University, and the People’s Government of Zibo Municipality. Representatives from friendly cities in 28 countries, diplomatic envoys in China, and international youth gathered in Zibo. Taking this opportunity, we held the 16th session activity of the Zibo International Exchange Platform, inviting outstanding young talents from abroad, international students studying in Zibo, and local cultural scholars to participate. Centered on the theme Discussing Urban Development and Sharing the Beauty of Culture, the event aimed to further promote multicultural exchanges through keynote sharing and cultural experiences.

The activity of Zibo International Exchange Platform attracted more than one hundred participants from both China and abroad. Through sincere dialogue and cultural resonance, the event further enhanced Zibo’s international appeal and cultural soft power.
