（中英文）加强信息沟通 促进交流合作 ——中国淄博市与马达加斯加菲纳拉楚阿市合作座谈会在淄召开

受马达加斯加菲纳拉楚阿省省长纳里韦洛先生（Razafindrafito Lova Narivelo）委托，马达加斯加华人华侨联合会副会长黄永逸一行6人于2021年8月27日访问淄博。为深度融入“一带一路”倡议，拥抱中非合作新机遇，我办召开中国淄博市与马达加斯加菲纳拉楚阿市合作座谈会，邀请张店区商务局、山东齐鲁石化工程有限公司、山东汇丰石化集团有限公司参会，加深了解，沟通信息，探讨合作机遇。市外办主任路玉田、三级调研员王建忠、四级调研员宋长东出席此次座谈会。

黄永逸副会长介绍了马达加斯加及菲纳拉楚阿市的基本情况，转达了菲纳拉楚阿市与我市建立友好城市关系的意愿，就双方潜在的合作领域提出建议。此外，黄会长表示将为张店区在马国寻找合适的城市建立友好关系，探讨开展互利交流合作，与山东齐鲁石化工程有限公司、山东汇丰石化集团有限公司详细沟通了在马达加斯加发展石油化工产业的可行性。

    路玉田主任指出淄博市与马达加斯加合作潜力巨大，市外办应积极牵头协调推进，为淄博市对马在石油炼化、农业机械、医疗、贸易等领域的合作搭建平台。同时，在“一带一路”倡议及中非合作论坛框架下，积极推动基层结好，开展民间交往。

Zibo and Fianarantsoa Cooperation Meeting held

On August 27, 2021, Huang Yongyi, Vice President of Madagascar Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations, and his delegation visited Zibo, entrusted by Razafindrafito Lova Narivelo who is Governor of Fianarantsoa Province of Madagascar. Lu Yutian, Director of Zibo Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Vice Directors Wang Jianzhong and Song Changdonghad a meeting with the delegates. Zhangdian District Commerce Bureau, Shandong Qilu Petrochemical Engineering Co. Ltd, and Shandong Wonfull Petrochemical Co. Ltd were invited to attend the meeting.

Huang Yongyi introduced Madagascar and Fianarantsoa city, forwarded the willingness of establishing the sister-city relations between Fianarantsoa and Zibo, and put forward suggestions on cooperation between the two sides.

Lu Yutian said that both sides had huge cooperation potential and Zibo Municipal Foreign Affairs Office would actively promote cooperation in the field of  oil refinery, agricultural machinery, medical treatment and trade.
